QNEXUS is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client input.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Services are billed based on agreed terms (hourly, project-based, or contractual)
  • Payment must be made in accordance with agreed timelines
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

QNEXUS operates with a high standard of confidentiality.

  • All client information, materials, and communications are treated as confidential
  • Information is used strictly for service delivery purposes

You agree not to disclose or misuse any proprietary information belonging to QNEXUS.

7. Data Processing

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • QNEXUS may collect, store, and process your data as necessary to deliver services
  • Your data may be accessed by authorized personnel strictly for task execution

All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all materials you provide
  • Upon full payment, you are granted rights to deliverables produced for you

QNEXUS retains ownership of its internal systems, processes, and methodologies.

9. Service Limitations

QNEXUS:

  • Does not guarantee specific business outcomes
  • Is not liable for decisions made based on administrative support
  • Provides services on a best-effort, professional basis

10. Account Suspension & Termination

QNEXUS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Suspend or terminate access to the Platform
  • Refuse or discontinue services

This may occur without prior notice where:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Payments are not made
  • Activities pose legal, security, or operational risks
  • Misuse of services is detected

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QNEXUS shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Issues arising from client-provided information

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QNEXUS harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Any materials or data you provide

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of:

14. Changes to Terms
